9- مطلوب مدير تدقيق خارجي للعمل في قطر External Auditing Manager الواجبات والمسؤوليات الأساسية تخطيط وجدولة الالتزامات والمشاريع المعينة وتنفيذها بنجاح من البداية إلى النهاية في حدود الميزانية وفي الوقت المحدد. ضمان تعيينات الموظفين مع مزيج مناسب من المعارف والمهارات مطلوب. الإشراف على موظفي التدقيق المعينين الذين يقدمون التوجيه والتدريب للمساعدة لهم تحقيق كامل إمكاناتهم. تأكد من أن إدارة مخاطر الشركة وإجراءات مراقبة الجودة دائمًا يلتزم ب. الحصول على أدلة المراجعة وتقييم مدى كفاية وملاءمة الأدلة & استنتاجات تؤكد أن أعمال المراجعة المنفذة واستنتاجات المراجعة جيدة- موثقة. تقييم الامتثال للتشريعات ذات الصلة والمعايير المهنية والداخلية اللوائح المالية وإجراءات الرقابة. التعليم و الخبرة درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو الاقتصاد أو التمويل من كلية مدتها أربع سنوات أو جامعة ، وخبرة من 10 إلى 12 عامًا في شركة تدقيق كبيرة أو شركة متوسطة. مهارات اللغة القدرة على قراءة أكثر الوثائق تعقيدًا وتحليلها وتفسيرها. القدرة على الاستجابة بشكل فعال لأكثر الاستفسارات أو الأسئلة حساسية. القدرة على كتابة التقارير والأعمال المراسلات والإجراءات. القدرة على تقديم عروض تقديمية فعالة ومقنعة في الموضوعات المثيرة للجدل أو المعقدة للمديرين والمجموعات العامة المهارات الرياضية مطلوب معرفة ممتازة بالرياضيات. القدرة على تطبيق المفاهيم الرياضية الاحتمالية والاستدلال الإحصائي والجبر والهندسة للحالات العملية. قدرة لحساب الفائدة والخصومات والكسور والنسب. القدرة على التفكير القدرة على تحديد المشكلات ، وجمع البيانات ، وإثبات الحقائق ، واستخلاص النتائج الصحيحة. القدرة على تفسير مجموعة متنوعة من التعليمات الفنية في الرياضيات أو شكل الرسم البياني والتعامل مع عدة متغيرات مجردة.

Job Description and Requirements

Core Responsibilities:

▪️Support the budgeting manager in the preparation of the master budget for the funded projects.

▪️Develop new proposal budget and current project budget modifications in coordination with other departments and endorsement of the budgeting manager.

▪️Review internal reports prepared by the budgeting senior officer (BVA, B&L, Cash Balance …etc.) and ensure its accurate and issued on time.

▪️Review the donor financial reports prepared by senior budgeting officers and make ensure the accuracy in a timely manner

▪️Maintain good relationship with donor and ensure compliance with donor requirements.

▪️Supervise the external audit conducted for the funded projects in coordination with the budgeting senior officer and other relevant department.

▪️Approve all the payments prepared by senior officer according to Finance Authority matrix

▪️Carry out any tasks or responsibilities assigned by the direct manager and within the scope of the work.

Managerial Responsibilities:

▪️Manage and build the capacity of the assigned senior budgeting officers and provide them with performance feedback in coordination with the budgeting manager.

▪️Support the senior budgeting officers to manage the finance administration assistants assigned to them and provide feedback and direction as needed.

Requirements :

▪️Bachelor’s Degree in finance, accounting, finance management or any other related field

▪️8 – 10   years

▪️Strong English and Arabic language skills (written and spoken)
