Procurement Officer – CITY MALL

Requirements of the role:

– Must have Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or any related field.

–  4-5 years as procurement officer or related work experience.

Responsibilities:

– Interact and collaborate with internal stakeholders from Operations, Finance, IT, Sales, Marketing, and other functional business areas.

– Control and implement all activities related to the purchasing department .

– Preparing and following up the purchase documents and ensuring the completion of all required purchases according to the required quantities and specifications at the best prices and speed of delivery.

– Coordination with the concerned departments and the financial department .

– Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.

– Create and maintain good relationships with vendors/suppliers.

– Review and analyze all vendors/suppliers, supply, and price options.

– Maintain and update a list of suppliers and their qualifications, delivery times, and potential future development.
