Job Description
- Ensure that all daily office work is done as per the internal procedures.
- Conduct the 8 step of a call and the TU approach while visiting the account.
- Ensure that orders taking process are done before 2 working days and delivered to the logistics on time.
- Ensure delivery of orders to customers correctly and on time agreed.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with customers and drive customer satisfaction through superior service and execution.
- Maximize volume and revenue in key assigned accounts by ensuring and monitoring high standards of execution.
- Ensure accurate handling of the administration of field communication, pricing accuracy, and ensure that the level stock is in line with the availability standard for all categories.
- Execute local and national marketplace initiatives and promotions to build brand development and maximize brand performance.
- Ensure customers are complying with agreed contract requirements, and ensure communication and alignment of initiatives.
- Work monthly and annual reconciliations with finance.
- Sign customer’s invoices.
- Continuously seek and find new selling opportunities.
- Ensure that all customers are reconciled, and the payments are collected on timely manner.
- Work closely with the marketing team on any marketing campaign.

Supply Chain Planning Specialist
Qualifications
- BSc degree in Engineering or equivalent field
- Supply Chain certification is plus.
- 2-4 years of supply chain, Procurements and/or manufacturing.
- SAP, advanced Excel skills, data reporting is required.
Job Description
- Supervising the weekly production schedule and updates in co-ordination with the Production Manager, the Product Availability Manager (PAM) and the Sales Team to maintain inventory at optimum levels.
- Preparing the daily production schedule in a smart way considering all inputs; stock levels, Warehouses capacity, weekly/daily sales targets, & manufacturing capacity.
- Preparing daily production schedule adherence report and share it with related functions team.
- Revising production schedules when required due to design changes, labor or material shortages, backlogs, or other interruptions and update the needed schedules on time.
- Supporting in the preparation and tracking the daily/weekly product availability’s main KPI’s.
- Supporting and following-up on the marketing agenda of new items scheduling at lines.
- Supporting the procurement agenda of new raw materials trials at lines.
- Training new members of the team.
- Organizing the daily records and documents.
- Other additional tasks related to product availability needs and company requirements.
