Job Description and Requirements

Job duties:

  • Participating in the development of strategies and objectives for the specialty portfolio.
  • Developing and managing the execution of short-term plans for implementing the approved objectives.
  • Flourishing suggestions and recommendations that would enable a more effective and efficient go-to-market.
  • Participating in developing specialty BU budgets and following the activities within towards achieving the set budget.
  • General guidance of the tasks and activities that are exercised by marketing ​and market access functions in the regions to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in terms of alignment with the strategic plans of the business unit and general policies and guidelines
  • Setting & achieving the quantitative and qualitative specialty BU objectives within rationalized operational expenses to maximize the profitability
  • Review reports and various financial data to determine the level of achievement and guide the performance evaluation to ensure the achievement of the desired progress.
  • Monitor the implementation of the annual marketing plans to make sure to take all the necessary measures to achieve the desired growth of sales, and direct corrective actions to overcome obstacles.
  • Guide the preparation of marketing plans in coordination with the regions through the provision of inputs and information relating to sales expectations and customer behavior patterns that will help to achieve the strategic goals of the specialty portfolio.
  • Coordinate efforts to provide inputs related to market projections and forecasting to the BD for building new business cases.

Job Requirements:

  • B.Sc. in Pharmacy or a related field, Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Years of experience: Minimum 12 years in marketing, among which at least ​5 years in a Supervisory position.
  • Experience in oncology, ophthalmology, hematology and/or diabetes biologics.
  • Proficient in written, read and spoken English & Arabic, French is a plus.
  • Enable to travel

Professional Knowledge:

  • Biotechnology and biosimilars market and competitive landscape in MENA region.
  • Excellent general and scientific medical knowledge, expertise in oncology, ophthalmology, hematology, auto-immune diseases and/or diabetes products launch and marketing
  • Significant experience in new products launch and KOLs management across MENA region
  • Excellent experience in preparing and delivering presentations is required.

Job Description and Requirements

Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Managing the procure to pay process for indirect procurement.
  2. Developing, implementing, and managing the indirect procurement strategy of El Kendi
  3. The acquisition of goods and services needed for indirect operation of a business.
  4. Coordinating and overseeing purchasing activities including contracts, quality, cost control, and receiving of goods in addition
  5. Negotiation of terms and conditions by making deals favorable for the company
  6. Planning and managing the optimization of indirect procurement of materials and services as well as developing product and service sourcing plans
  7. Managing supplier relationships to assure timely delivery of required items/material to the divisions and departments
  8. Monitor trends in Suppliers and implement plans to react.
  9. Follow up on purchase requisitions, issue and approve purchase orders, track and monitor the arrival of specific materials based on approved negotiated prices, terms and conditions
  10. Ensuring adherence with compliance and the corporate policies and procedures.

Job Requirements:

  • University degree in commercial, international trade or equivalent
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement and 3 years in managerial position

Job Description and Requirements

Job Summary:

Receiving cash and Cheques deposits and participating in handling cash transactions and issuing Cheques & Transfers according to the company’s policy and procedure and use cash registers or relevant equipment to document transactions.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Arranging the daily cash transaction reports to be approved by the Direct Supervisor.
  2. Keeping files of all cash receipts, invoices and job orders as per the adopted filing policies
  3. Preparing and printing the supplier Cheques, receiving the collection vouchers and keeping the documents in the related files, and fixing the payment status on the share file
  4. Preparing the monthly files of the accounting department for filing their daily transactions
  5. Preparing and printing the related bank transfers, receiving the transfer notice from the bank or the collection vouchers and keeping the documents in the related files, and fixing the payment status on the joint file
  6. Reconciling the intermediate account that is related to collections on daily bases and correct what is needed to clear the account properly
  7. Inform suppliers while preparing their payments and respond to their calls.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in the banking and financial sciences
  • 0-3 years’ experience in a related field.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken Arabic and English languages
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills
  • Proactively take initiatives and demonstrate a dynamic approach to adapt with changing business needs and environment.

Description and Requirements

Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Perform needed analysis according to the monthly/daily work programs which received by the direct supervisor and according to SOPs and GLP.
  2. Check the analytical devices configuration and their conformity with the set-out specifications before starting necessary analysis on them.
  3. Conduct physical and chemical analysis for finished products, semi-finished products, starting material of active and inactive ingredients and stability samples in compliance with the standard operating procedures (SOPs), local and international regulations and standards.
  4. Conduct the necessary preparations of materials, chemicals, auxiliaries’ reagents for analysis, tools, and chemical solutions in a timely manner.
  5. Audit the obtained analysis results to ensure conformity with the defined specifications by compare the results with the specifications instructions and standards and doing the necessary calculations, then to write the required reports as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s in pharmacy, Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.
  • (0- 3) years of relevant experience.
  • Good in written, read and spoken Arabic and English Languages.
  • Demonstrate excellent analytical skills, able to plan, organize and follow up work effectively while focusing on quality towards excellence.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
