Social media Specialist

Full Time Job Offer

The steps of a Social Media specialist can be broken down into strategizing, engaging, creating, scheduling, listening, measuring, and experimenting.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy
• Define most important social media KPIs
• Track and measure performance of all branded channels, including at least Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Tiktok.
• Prepare design briefs with proper content
• Manage and oversee social media content and create content calendars
• Researching, writing, producing and outsourcing all sorts of content production (written, image-based, video)
• Generate effective Social Media Influencer Marketing campaigns to promote the brand’s products
• good knowledge in setting up advertising campaigns and monitor them.
• Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
• Use social media marketing tools such as Buffer
• increases brand awareness and encourages community members to engage with the brand
• Collaborate with Design, It, sales and marketing teams to develop social media campaigns

Qualification and Competencies

• BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field
• 3 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
• Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Tiktok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Google best practices
• Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
• Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research
• Good understanding of social media KPIs
• Ability to identify, track, interpret and report relevant social media metrics
• Familiarity with web design and publishing
• Excellent multitasking skills
• Team player
• Good time-management skills
• Experience with SEO, SEM, SMM
• Creative Thinking
• Attention to detail
• Ability to lead a team and provide them with proper guidance for social media implementation.
• Great attitude, communication and organization skills, strong multitasking ability, detail-oriented and flexible.

Working hours will be from Saturday to Thursday from 9am to 5pm
