مطلوب مسؤول مبيعات لاستقبال الطلبات (اونلاين,الهاتف,الطلبات) – شركة on ice
- Monitor, receive & process incoming orders through all sales channels (Online, Phone, Retail outlets, 3rd party delivery).
- Ensure proper scheduling of orders to production.
- Ensure preparation of orders prior to delivery.
- Invoicing and Data Entry for ERP & Build Customer Database
- Product Distribution
- Manage, plan & schedule tasks for distribution team, ensure proper time management for delivery fleet.
- Overlook all sales orders prior to dispatch and implement SOP’s.
- Ensure proper scheduling of sales orders to production.
- Schedule inventory rounds for finished product in market, and suggest revision plan if needed and, report to management to adjust forecast.
- Manage, maintain and oversee all display freezers in the market (proper display of Products, temperature check, maintenance etc.. )
3. Client Servicing
- Build & maintain good relationships with distribution channels key personnel, ensuring healthy communication.
- Build customer database profile by segment.
- Ensure & monitor finished product handling according to SOP’s, as well as display in market
4.Sales Channels
- Research, suggest, and build new sales channels that fit the brand.
- Manage and secure pop-up opportunities
5.Reporting & Data Analysis
- Provide relevant sales data on a regular basis
6. Skills
- Proficient in spoken and written English & Arabic
- Good communication & Organization skills
- At least 2 years experience in any sales & marketing job
- Social Media management background is a major plus
- Retail & distribution experience major plus
